I’m Andrew Delpo, a Computer Science student at Florida State University pursuing a B.Sc. with an expected graduation date of August 2027. I’m interested in network infrastructure, systems administration, performance, security, and building reliable solutions for real-world IT environments.

I currently work as an Undergraduate Systems Administrator with the FSU Computer Science Department’s IT Systems Group. I also serve as an Information Technology Intern with the City of Naples IT Department.

• Resolve department IT support tickets involving account access, permissions, and related user-account issues
• Troubleshoot printers and verify network endpoint connectivity
• Image and configure computers, replace hardware components, and prepare systems for deployment

Information Technology Intern — City of Naples

May 2026 – Present · Naples, FL

• Support citywide departments through workstation setup, hardware troubleshooting, cable management, and user support
• Assist with network-closet organization, switches, patch panels, UPS/PDU equipment, and connectivity checks
• Install security cameras supporting facility monitoring and physical security
